Is Glamorous The Style For Your Apartment?

This style of interior is very fun and suits dramatic personality types perfectly. Just as eclectic as Bohemian Style interiors, the difference lays in the particular choice of colours and accessories. There is rarely cutesy to be found in a glamorous interior and all of the items are bold in their own right – from the wallpaper pattern or wall colour to the choice of floor covering or seating in the room.
NOTE : Glamorous and Bohemian Style can mix together well, as can Glamorous and Black & White Style but this should be done with intention so that the mix of styles are complimentary, especially as Black & White style is often less flamboyant. Romantic Style has in itself an element of glamour but it is always a muted, soft or understated version and is therefore inherently different to its bolder sibling, Glamorous Style.
Chandeliers, big rugs and giant artworks are trademarks of uuber glam, as are gold gilded mirrors and other fun over-the-top items that can really make a small apartment dazzle. Bold wallpapers, curtains or coloured feature walls should be themed in alignment, with furniture material patternless unless it is a focal feature.
For examples of beautiful interiors you might like to explore the small apartment glamour of Tori Mellott, or the big time glam of Anne Getty’s delectable designs. They can help you with inspirations for what you’d like inside your apartment, and once you know the style then it’s easier to figure out how to fit everything in to the small spaces that come with city living.
